These terms apply to the Pacific Digital Hub Task Desk marketing support service.
Task Desk provides on-demand marketing support on a monthly basis. Each plan includes a set number of marketing tasks per month. A task is a single, defined job as described on our Pricing page.
We aim to complete most tasks within a few working days. Larger projects such as full websites, branding, paid advertising, strategy documents, complex automations and full-day filming are outside standard tasks and are quoted separately.
Plans are billed monthly via our secure payment link. Tasks are intended to be used within the billing month.
Task Desk is a flexible monthly service with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime.
